St. John-Emmanuel Lutheran School recognized twenty-two students from 6-8th grade with an "Honors Luncheon" for the 3rd quarter on March 21, 2012. These students achieved A's and B's on their report card. The Emmanuel women hosted the luncheon in the St. John's Fellowship Hall with a special lunch. Mr.Kelly Whitacre, the chairman of the Board of Ed., addressed the group. Nineteen of the students have consistently achieved A's and B's throughout the year.
